Leadership Appointments: Des McGuire Promoted to CEO, Declan Gildea Appointed COO

We’re excited to announce the appointment of Des McGuire as Chief Executive Officer and Declan Gildea as Chief Operating Officer. As both the founder and the original employee, they have been instrumental in growing and shaping Servent into the company it is today. This positions us for our next growth phase as we continue to build our brand and reputation as a world-class Azure partner, helping some of the world's largest enterprises on their journey to Azure.
Strategic Leadership
As Servent’s Founder and Azure Solutions Director, Des McGuire has led the company’s growth from the start. Now, as CEO, Des will continue driving Servent’s vision of growing our extended capabilities across, Security, Data & AI and Digital & App Innovation globally through cutting-edge Azure solutions.
Declan Gildea, previously Azure Services Director, brings over 20 years of expertise in public cloud solutions. In his new role as COO, Declan will focus on operational excellence, ensuring our services are delivered with the quality and innovation our customers expect.
